Several times a year, PhD students take stock of the progress of their research work as part of the Young Researchers Seminars.

Florian Le Gallic, PhD student at LGP2, defended his thesis entitled: "Understanding of the wrinkles formation during the coating functionalization of lightweight fibrous material: a multiscale approach".

They were at the meeting of chemical professionals in Indianapolis, IN (USA), during the ACS Spring 2023 conference, from 26 to 30 March.

Julien Bras was appointed a senior member of the Institut Universitaire de France (IUF, Academic Institute of France) at an official ceremony in October 2022 in the presence of Sylvie Retailleau, Minister for Higher Education and Research. This honour, given to only 2% of academic staff, was awarded in recognition of his work in the field of cellulose.
