Cellulose International Summit - June 29 to July 2nd 2026

Three days of international conferences about cellulose and cellulose derivatives, the new advanced cellulosic materials and their sustainable end of life!
This event is co-organized by the Cellulose Valley, Kanazawa University and DurInnPack PRIMA project.

It will take place from June 29th to July 2nd 2026 at the LGP2 laboratory in Grenoble in the French Alps! 

Registration fees

  • Graduate and undergraduate students: 150 €
  • Early bird participants (until 30 April) : 300 €
  • Regular participants : 450 €

*These rates include registration for the 3 days of conferences. It will also be possible to register for only one or two days. 
The costs of transportation and accommodation are at your expense.

 

These rates are fixed, and no discounts, whether full or partial, will be applied.

Oral communication

Format
  • PowerPoint decks need to be in 16:9 aspect ratio to properly fit projectors/screens.
  • Please make a copy in pdf version that you will have ready in any case of powerpoint version compatibility.
  • A Powerpoint template for your presentation is available below

Timing
  • The time of presentation is set as 20 minutes for both oral and questions sessions.
Presentation uploading
  • Final presentations must be submitted as a slide deck and uploaded to the session computer available in each room. The presentation must be uploaded before the start of your session. Please refer to the organiser responsible for your session.
  • To avoid any last-minute issues, we ask you to come uplode your presentation at the beginning of the day or during the break preceding your session using a USB key.
  • Please, have a PDF version of your presentation on hand as a backup on a USB key.
  • All presentations will be saved and shared later with all the conference participants. In case you do not want your presentation to be shared, please inform the chairman/woman of your session when uploading your presentation and include one slide with your presentation title and contact details for delegate follow-up.

Poster presentation

  • The poster size should be 841mm x 1189 mm (A0 european standard size), vertically oriented.
  • Material to hang the poster will be at your disposal in the poster session room.
  • Please leave the poster in the room until the end of the event for more visibility of your work.

I missed the registration deadline – is there a waiting list?
The event is fully booked and we are unable to organise a waiting list.

I have a last-minute change of plans and can no longer attend. Can I request a refund for my ticket?
Tickets are refundable only if you took out the cancellation insurance offered by the Billetweb platform at the time of purchase. In all other cases, we do not offer refunds.

I wasn’t able to register for the laboratory tour, the welcome drinks reception and the gala dinner – can I still attend?
You will not be able to take part in these events unless your ticket specifically mentions the laboratory tour, the welcome reception or the gala dinner. Capacity is limited and we are unable to accommodate everyone.

Is it possible to get a discount on the ticket price?
These prices are fixed and cannot be reduced in any way.

Can I benefit from the “Student” category even if I am not a student in Grenoble?
The “Student” rate applies to Master’s, engineering or PhD students, regardless of which university they attend.
